Pet Blinkies are dogs best friends

It was a nice crisp fall night, and I was getting my walk in for the day. AS I made my way through the many neighborhoods I notice something. There were many dogs running around at night with  owners and without owners. Dogs were dashing out into the streets and running around in yards in the neighborhoods.
